Joyce and team minister the Word to backwoods people from the harsh jungles of northwest Brazil. Their bus brings 135 children to the mission school. A good meal daily, books, Bible, uniform and school supplies are furnished. Their ultimate goal is to teach the Word of God and make disciples of the children, their families, and surrounding communities.

Jose will be facilitating a partnership with North American Churches and Cuban churches that have a vision for a healthy church in every neighborhood in Cuba. He will also be working with CESI training centers located throughout Latin America with potential to send nationals into the farthest reaches of the world. Dian will finish teaching their high school children while supporting Jose.

Patricia is the Director of the first Pregnancy Center of Bolivia (Center for LIFE). Center for LIFE reaches the community through abstinence-only sexual education classes for public schools, private schools and churches, post-abortion recovery groups and intervention in crisis pregnancy. Through each of their services they seek to share the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

Daren and Jodi labor among the Cambodian people for the sake of the Gospel. Daren is actively involved in seeing young pastors and leaders equipped for the work of the ministry within the context of the local church. Jodi labors full-time in the midst of her home and has an ongoing ministry with young women that God has brought into her arena.

Edwin and Sylvia are based in Malta but work mainly in North Africa. Edwin has four main roles:
  • Area Director for Partners International overseeing the work being done by indigenous ministries in North Africa.
  • Pastor of an International Baptist Church in Malta.
  • Director of the Friendship House reaching North Africans that live or travel in Malta.
  • Facilitator for the North Africa Partnership-a partnership of over 200 missionary agencies.

Our ministry with Campus Crusade for Christ takes place on two fronts. Our field ministry is to encourage and equip families to build a spiritual legacy through faith and commitment to Jesus Christ through the ministry of FamilyLife. Our second ministry thrust is in the Information Technology Group of Campus Crusade for Christ where we labor to facilitate the fulfillment of the Great Commission using cutting edge technology.

We, the Croatia team, are here to envision, influence and train the church toward a reproducing movement of disciple-making communities in Croatia.   

We will build bridges between people and denominations, and will resource, encourage and mentor current and future participants in church planting.

Our job will be finished when the national church has its own vision and is implementing a plan for saturation church planting; when the Croatian church is taking active steps toward self-sustainability and when Croatia is a sending force to the nations.

As a member of the largest evangelical church in Egypt and the Middle East, Maged is the only full-time staff member focusing on sports ministry. Maged organizes leadership training to help grow and train young perspective leaders all over the Middle East and establish sports ministries in large cities of each country.

Jay and Lisa Franicevich

Jay and Lisa spent 13 years in Papua New Guinea (PNG)  doing evangelism and church planting work among a semi-nomadic group of people known as the Inaru. Because of health problems, they had to return to the United States. They are now teaching and training future missionaries at the New Tribes Missionary Training Center (MTC) in Missouri. This is a great opportunity for them; they are able to use the field experience they gained during their time in PNG to help train this generation of missionaries to do tribal evangelism and church planting. Jay is also involved in Curriculum Development and Oversight of the Course for the MTC. 
  Gary and Karen Griffith
(Bulgaria)
The Griffiths minister in Bulgaria where Gary served at the United Theological Faculty (UTF) in Bulgaria for 16 years as instructor and Academic Dean. Karen has taught English and worked with the women at UTF. In August 2007 Gary turned over the Dean position to a Bulgarian and has taken on the leadership position of Area Director for South Central Europe for SEND International, the mission with which the Griffiths serve. As Area Director, Gary is responsible for about 60 missionaries in seven countries. Karen works with him to support and encourage women in the area. Their boys Steven and David attend a local Bulgarian Christian school.

Greg is the President of OC International. In this role he provides overall leadership for ministries of OC. In 2006, OC's 450 missionaries impacted 850,000 church leaders in more than 65 countries of the world.

(Chile)
Bert and Joan have been in church planting and leadership training for the past 45 years in Peru and Chile. The last five years they have been in Viña del Mar, Chile, assisting the church through evangelism, discipleship and leadership preparation. As of January 2008 the Hamilton’s have been in a counseling role to the church in Viña, while Bert teaches in the Bible Institute and Joan with her team of ladies continues active in outreach Bible studies, and social activities.

Dr. Minas Hiruy has served as Executive Director of Hope Enterprises since 1987. Hope Enterprises touches the lives of the poorest of the poor in a life-changing way through meeting basic needs, schooling, skill training, job placement, business development, and spiritual education. He is working to establish the first liberal arts Christian University in his country.  Dr.  Minas was also instrumental in launching the Horn of Africa Mission’s office in Africa, serving as their first Director.

We provide pastoral care to missionaries serving with United World Mission and other agencies in the countries of the former Soviet Union (i.e. Russia, Eastern/Central Europe, Baltics, Central Asia) and East Africa. Our purpose is to encourage and strengthen missionaries in any way we can; our anchor scripture is Acts 14:22.

We assist an indigenous organization which is focused on strengthening the existing persecuted church in restricted countries as well as facilitating ongoing church growth through a lay ministry training program holding training programs for church leaders every three months. John travels to Thailand three times a year helping to develop materials for use during the training seminars. Here in the Central Valley we are connecting with the Hmong community and focusing on developing mentoring relationships with some of the families that have come from Thailand recently and speak very little English. Many of these families are animistic in their thinking. We are seeking to encourage the Hmong Christian community, particularly the young people, to work for God in Asia.

Bill serves as the Director of Special Ministries at OC International. His primary responsibilities include the ministry areas of:
  1. encouraging ministry partners (corporate donors), to strategically engage with OC in the Great Commission;
  2. facilitating greater partnerships between the No. American church and OC  through strategic initiatives;
  3. involving OC alumni in ongoing ministry partnerships with OC both in the U.S. and overseas; and
  4. supporting and contributing ministry as needed to the Personnel Division.
Laurie serves as the Coordinator of Ministry Partnerships. Those that financially contribute are called "Ministry Partners." She maintains contact with many of them via phoning, e-mailing, visiting, and praying. She, along with Bill, minister to these key partners in many additional ways.

Ray and Ruth have served for 35 years in various capacities that include church planting, camp ministry, nurse, President of the Japan Evangelical Missionary Association, English teaching, Sunday school teachers, School board, SEND International field council, and other various duties. At present Ray is completing his final term as JEMA President as well as completing a church plant.  SEND has asked Ray to be acting director for their camp from September 2008 until June 2009.

Weston and Carrie Lemos serve OC International in Brazil. The primary focus of their ministry is to assist church pastors and leaders in utilizing the Internet to enhance their personal training and ministries. Weston is helping meet the needs of quality training at low cost by creating a digital resource that will offer multiple services and excellent materials (books, periodicals, sermons, training courses, missions information, consulting services, and others). They also will offer training seminars to increase the effective use of the Internet to access these resources and have open communication and fellowship among the evangelical community.

Rigo has started eight new churches on the Baja Peninsula in Mexico and is currently working on this ninth. God has used him in spectacular ways in Baja. He travels there several times a year to preach, perform weddings, baptisms, etc. Rigoberto is also the pastor of Roca de Poder, a local Hispanic church started by South Valley Christian Church.

Kelley has been in Cambodia with OMF since 2006 and has joined a pioneering work in student ministry. Their vision is to see an indigenous, inter-denominational, student-led movement of Christian students in Cambodia - teaching and encouraging each other to grow in faith, evangelizing and discipling their fellow students, strengthening the local church, and modeling Christian life in Cambodian society. Kelley is also continuing to study the Khmer language part time.

Paul is the director of Christian Sports Fellowship in Chennai (Madras), India, leading many sports events and outreaches, retreats, fellowships, outreach to poor areas, and training for college students. He and his wife also have an orphanage named Sangita. Sangita currently has 120 children, over 60 of them ages 2-6 years old.

Kenya needs 50,000 churches in order for everyone to hear about Jesus. Sammy and Shannon’s focus is on training, coaching, and mentoring the church leaders to start new churches in their villages. They are also starting new churches in Nairobi. The Niblacks are serving in Toulouse, France, where Sam co-pastors a Baptist church. As such, he consecrates most of his time to a preaching and pastoral ministry, but also teaches in several Biblical training schools, speaks regularly in other churches, handles web/graphics for several associations, and is responsible for a Christian radio station. Rebecca provides invaluable help to Sam and to the church, and is enthusiastically committed to making disciples of her mission field, namely Simeon, Etienne, and Lydia. Verse: "...to bring about the obedience of faith for the sake of his name among all the nations." Romans 1:5

Ted and Judy are working in many countries with networks of church planters focused on unreached people groups (UPGs). UPGs are tribes, cultures or castes where there are few or no believers and no churches. Ted facilitates research, training and mobilizing so that church planting movements are initiated and flourishing among these tribes and cultures. Judy is committed to training workers in oral communication of the Gospel by telling Bible stories to non-literate people groups. The biblically based vision that undergirds the Olsen’s ministry is the desire to see Christ become incarnate among all peoples everywhere.

Ron and Maria are involved in a variety of ministries. Maria has an outreach to women via a coffee and cheesecake shop called BAM ministry. She hires Turkish women and teaches them skills to provide income for their families. Ron is creating credibility in the community by teaching free English lessons and using this platform to share the Gospel. He teaches international LMC courses once or twice a year for Christian leaders. Ron is a regional leader for four teams in Turkey; he also trains and oversees newcomers to Turkey for a two-year period teaching them culture.

Frank’s primary focus is to be an outstanding lecturer at the University in Cork and to live a life that models Jesus Christ to those around him.  Success at the University earns him respect from other professors and students and the right to be heard.  Jo continues with her spirit of hospitality. They have had the opportunity to connect a few strong believing students to each other in which their home has become a safe haven for them through movie nights and dinners.

Allen assists in producing Scriptures in Russian specifically for Muslims. The first edition and an evangelistic summary of the Scriptures were published in 2004. A children's Scripture was published in 2006 with a second edition scheduled for publication in 2008. Allen teaches missions and Islamics in a seminary to train new pastors, church leaders and missionaries. He also encourages and supports church-planting throughout Central Asia, and trains Central Asians to go as missionaries to other areas such as Turkey.

Travis and Stacy work in Sarajevo, the capitol city of Bosnia-Herzegovina, where the majority of the people are Muslim. They have a desire to plant new house churches, focusing on a part of the city where there are no churches currently in existence. They also spend time supporting the local church where possible in training, resourcing, and providing evangelistic and missions opportunities to the believers.

Bruce and Pam are based in Spain in a strategic location for involvement with Latin American workers serving in North Africa and beyond. They coordinate a ministry coordinating Member Care and platform support for workers through mobilization of resources to meet needs. They are also involved in Business as Mission initiatives, coaching Latino frontline teams as well as facilitating the use of football initiatives in the region to open doors and strengthen established football programs in restricted access countries.

Tom is the Partnership Coordinator for TEAM Japan.  The Partnership Development Coordinator's primary responsibility is to act as a coach/mentor who comes alongside of ministry partners (sending churches, Japanese churches and ministries, and missionaries) in a way that encourages and develops all involved. The goal is to empower each one to accomplish the tasks and visions that God has given and to explore new ways in which missions can be accomplished through partnerships.

Chris is the Field Director for World Team. He encourages and gives guidance to our current church planting teams, and helps to train new church planters to enter new unreached areas in the Philippines. He also continues with overall leadership, vision to all the field members. Kathy assists Chris as needed, as part of the leadership team. She also teaches high school Spanish part-time at the international/missionary school Faith Academy.

Norris and Laurie are with Church Resource Ministries (CRM). Norris is the International Regional Director for CRM's work in the Middle East and North Africa. Norris serves a team of Arab leaders who live in the region. Norris' role is to serve and empower these leaders who are taking the Gospel of the Kingdom of Jesus to communities across this part of the world.
