Chip Ingram - Senior Pastor

Chip Ingram's passion is to help Christians really live like Christians. As a pastor, author, coach and teacher for more than twenty-five years, Chip has helped people around the world break out of spiritual ruts and live out God's purpose for their lives.

Today Chip serves as senior pastor of Venture Christian Church in Los Gatos, California, and president of Living on the Edge – an international teaching and discipleship ministry. Over the last twenty-five years Chip has pastored churches ranging from 500 to 5,000 and served as president of Walk through the Bible. Chip holds an M.S. degree from West Virginia University and a Th.M. degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.

He is the author of eleven books, including his newest releases: Living on the Edge, Overcoming Emotions that Destroy and Holy Ambition. Reaching more than a million people a week, his teaching can be heard online and through hundreds of radio and television outlets worldwide. Tim Lundy - Teaching Pastor / Executive Team Leader

Tim Lundy is a Teaching Pastor and the Executive Team Leader at Venture Christian Church. He is a graduate of Crichton College (B.A) and Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M), where he also worked on the staff of the Center for Christian Leadership. For the past twenty years he has served as a pastor at churches in Memphis, Bangkok, Dallas, and for the last decade in Little Rock, Arkansas. Tim grew up in Memphis, TN, the home of Bar-b-que, Blues music, and Elvis and married the love of his life, Lea, in 1990. Together, they are the parents of 5 children (Kate, Drew, Kent, Blake, and Jude) and have two nieces (Lindsey and Mallory) who they have adopted as daughters.

Howard Clark - Associate Pastor / Pastoral Care / Adults Ministries

Howard Clark joined the Venture Ministry Team after 34 years of Pastoral experience in churches from Boston to Pacific Palisades, CA. He taught Doctoral Studies at Dallas Seminary and served on the Boards of Trustees at John Brown University, the Evangelistic Association of New England, the Howard Hendricks Center for Christian Leadership at Dallas Seminary and has been a director of several Christian counseling centers. Howard serves as theological & pastoral mentor to our staff, directs the Pastoral Care of the congregation and coordinates the ministry of Los Gatos Christian School.

 

Rick Linamen - Global Missions / PrimeMovers

Rick Linamen brings many years of expertise and ministry experience which include serving as Executive Pastor at the Rock Church in San Diego, California and Scottsdale Bible Church in Arizona where he helped facilitate tremendous growth. Rick has been married to his wife, Kathy, for 30 years and they have three children and four grandchildren.

Patricia Shelton - CFO / Human Resources

Patricia came to Venture from Hume Lake Christian Camps, one of the world's largest youth camps, where she served as CFO and Director of Administration. As CFO at Venture, Patricia manages finance, accounting, human resources and facility operations. Prior to entering ministry, Patricia had a twenty-year business career working as a CPA for two international accounting firms, serving as a senior-level executive for emerging small and mid-size companies and co-founding a successful start-up company. She has been a group leader for Bible Study Fellowship and served as a lay-leader in various women's, children's and outreach ministries. Originally from Oregon, Patricia graduated with honors from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She and her husband Dennis, have two terrific teenage sons, Mike and Brad who serve on the Venture Worship Team.
