Part –time Administrative Receptionist:

To receive and assist guest and callers in an effective & professional manner and to provide administrative assistance as needed.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Provide hospitality to visitors on site
  • Understand and train as needed on workroom & office equipment
  • Order office supplies
  • Prepare letters and documents
  • Provide administration assistance as needed
KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Phone systems
  • Verbal and written communication skills

Part Time Payroll and Accounts Payable:

To process payroll twice a month; also process the weekly check runs, and coordinates with the departments for both the Church and School.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Payroll Processing twice a month
  • Quarterly 941 Reconciliations
  • Post weekly invoices and obtain approval on all items
  • Weekly Accounts Payable check runs
  • Communicate weekly with each department
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Support the Manager with monthly reporting
KEY COMPETENCIES:
  • Christ Centered Life
  • Proficient in Microsoft outlook, excel, windows and ADP/ EZ Labor Payroll Products
  • 1+ Years experience with payroll

 

Part Time HR Director:  

To manage HR policies and practices for the school and church.
To manage human resource policies and practices in the school and church. The HR Director would be responsible for the hiring, staff development and termination processes. Staff development is a core value in the ministry. The HR Director would be responsible for developing and maintaining staff development plans for each employee. Worker’s Comp and employee benefits would be a part of the responsibilities. This person would also train the organization on good supervision and HR practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
College degree with five years experience managing an HR department.

  • Experience with evaluating employee benefits.
  • Strong understanding of HR law.
  • Effective budget management.
  • Experience with staff training, reviews and professional development.
  • Spiritual maturity.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
