Nursery and Preschool Ministry
Nursery and Preschool Sunday School for infants through Pre-K. A loving, mature staff will welcome your child and see that he/she is well cared for while you participate in the worship service and adult ministries. A pager system allows the staff to contact you if your child needs you. We also provide a nursing mothers room which has a TV screen displaying the worship service.

Our child-targeted, Bible-based learning is fun and relevant to today's young students. Our goal is a safe, fun, kid-friendly place where kids can learn about the Bible and apply it to their lives. Large group teaching time, small group applications, games, crafts, dedicated teachers and helpers, all work together to make weekends a welcome place for Kindergarten - Fifth Graders. |

PowerZone
Every Sunday, in the Fellowship Hall, at 9:00AM is our Children’s Church, we call PowerZone, which is for children who are in Kindergarten through Fifth grade. This is an action packed morning with upbeat kids’ music, puppets, object lessons, solid teaching from the Word of God, crafts, snacks, and games. Our teachers are intentional at getting to know your children and helping them grow spiritually. Our desire is to help foster within each child and family the desire to discover God in a personal way, leaving an eternal imprint of God’s love on his/her life.

BibleZone
Our 10:45AM hour, we call BibleZone, is our small group class time which is divided up by individual grades for Kindergarten through Fifth grade. Caring and loving teachers teach a Bible lesson and engage in activities. Our 4th and 5th grade classes combine for this hour and meet in Purple 2 for a time of worship through singing, Bible teaching and skits. During this hour your children will bond with their age group and learn life principles that are taught from the Word of God. Sunday School - Kindergarten through 5th grade

 AWANA is a Bible-focused club for kids. This ministry includes club time, games,Bible teaching, memorizing Bibles verses, and loads of fun! We have two great opportunities for your children to be involved. At Shawnee Campus, AWANA meets on Sundays from 4:15-6:00PM. At Hicks Campus, AWANA meets on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:15PM. American Girls Club
This is a club for all girls ages 6 through 13 – whether or not you have an American Girl doll. The American Girl Club celebrates girlhood. We
acknowledge the value of girls, and learn appropriate manners as well as life skills. We have fun doing crafts, service projects, and learning about the lives of girls who lived during different historical periods. The American Girl Club meets the third Friday of each month from 4:00-5:30PM at the Shawnee campus in Room P4 and P5. For more information contact Elizabeth Blondefield at 408-225-7285. |

Kids Vocal Band
Kids Vocal Band is our music and drama-based ministry for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. KVB has two rehearsal venues Sunday morning at 10:45a or Wednesday evening at 4:45p. Break-Out Bible Study
Break-Out meets every Tuesday night from 7:00-8:30PM at the Shawnee campus in room P4. Each week there is a time of worship, a large group Bible lesson, small group discussion, and games. Special events also happen occasionally. This Bible study is designed to challenge students and help them grow in their understanding of God and of who they are in Christ. This fall the topic is S.H.A.P.E. (Spiritual gifts, Heart, Ability, Personality, Experience). Student guide books cost $15.00. Funtastic Fridays
These off-campus, once a month, Friday evening events are a blast! The purpose is to provide opportunities for your child to invite un-churched friends, develop stronger relationships with existing church peers, and just have fun! Costs vary for each event.
