Our passion in Venture Kidz Ministry is to partner with parents as we lay a spiritual foundation for kids to build their lives on. There is no greater investment than investing in the life of a child. We are excited about the staff and team of ministry partners here at VCC who are committed to showing Jesus’ love to kids in a safe, fun, and caring environment.
We consider it a privilege to minister to your children. We take this responsibility seriously and we want you to know that your child is in safe and capable hands (all of our volunteer team have gone through a comprehensive background check prior to serving in our ministry). We encourage you to visit one of our weekend programs with your child to experience first-hand what God is doing here at Venture Christian Church.

Venture Children’s Ministry has a computer check-in system to help speed up the weekend drop-off and pick- up, as well as keep your children secure. We have two stations that you can check your children in at Entrance 4 & Entrance 5 (maps are available at the Information table or click here). You can check your children in at any station, regardless of their age. Dropping off your children for the first time? Feel free to fill out the form below and bring it with you when you check your kids in for the first time (or you can fill one out when you get here).
KIDZPLACE (0-5 years)
KIDZPLACE is Venture’s ministry for preschoolers (0-5 year olds) where we teach key Bible truths through repetition and creativity. Knowing that preschoolers are searching for understanding and predictability, we teach the same basic heart truths over and over again until they fully understand them. We teach children that:
- 1. God loves me
- 2. God created me
- 3. Jesus wants to be my friend forever
KIDZROC (K-5th grade)
Our KIDZROC kidz will experience a place where they can learn more about their Savior through high-energy worship music and Biblical teaching at their age level. We offer two simultaneous large group environments: K-2nd grade and 3rd-5th grades. Our desire is to minister to the hearts of children to help form and build a foundation of faith in their lives by giving them key truths to live it on a daily basis!
GIRLZROC / BOYZROC
Fourth and fifth grade is an important age where kids are starting to figure out WHO THEY ARE, WHAT THEY BELIEVE and HOW THEY BELONG. We have created something just for that age group where boys and girls can go deeper and really understand WHO THEY ARE IN CHRIST, WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO LIVE WHAT YOU BELIEVE and how theyBELONG TO THE GOD WHO CREATED THEM. Each event is focused on worship and teaching Biblical truths. Games, activities and dinner is also included. Find out more information by contacting Carrie Sanchez at csanchez@venturechristian.org.
